Solution

We helped Brite spokes in developing a responsive website that not only provides customer with an option of choosing from varied thematic trip but also allows them to create a custom trip based on their preference. The website allows customers to purchase eGift Cards that can be given to their near ones for usage on the website. Customers also have an option of making payments using different currencies as the website supports international orders as well. There are multiple tour price points for seasons/periods with the option of capturing price for single, double, triple, and quad for each time period. The website enhances the user experience by showing length of trip, departure & returning cities and add tax inclusive disclaimer underneath all price points to maintain full transparency. Users also have an option of adding their comments to various blogs that are there on the website which is moderated by the site administrator.
